Will it work with my DSC token?
Yes — it works with any DSC installed on your Windows PC (ePass2003, ProxKey, HYP2003 and others), the same way Adobe uses it. No special setup needed.
I don't have a DSC token — can you provide one?
Yes. We're now a DSC token partner and can issue Class-3 DSC tokens at competitive rates, ready to use with Quick DSC Signer. Just message us on WhatsApp.
Is my PIN and my data safe?
Your token PIN and documents never leave your computer — signing happens locally with your own token. Only the signed report count is stored on the licence server.
How many reports can I sign?
The plan includes 1000 reports for 1 quarter (3 months). Sign whole folders at once — no per-batch limit beyond your remaining reports. Renew quarterly; unused reports carry forward.
Can I sign Word documents?
Yes. Drop a .docx / .doc research note and it is automatically converted to PDF and signed with your stamp.
Do I need internet?
Only to activate and to count reports as you sign. The signing itself uses your local DSC token.
Can I use it on more than one PC?
Each licence activates on one PC. Need it on another machine? We'll issue an additional key.
Why does Adobe show “validity unknown”?
This is normal for Indian DSCs until the CCA India root is trusted on your PC. The signature is valid and accepted on SEBI, MCA and Income-Tax portals — and we can help you enable the trusted root.
